Halloween has come and gone, but most of you are probably still feeling the effects of too much candy, so while you recover, here are a few shows to watch this week.
Monday has CBS bringing back their comedy lineup just in time for November sweeps. At 8 p.m. is "The Big Bang Theory" followed by "How I Met Your Mother" at 8:30 p.m.
The most entertaining show of Monday night most likely will be NBC's "Saturday Night Live Presidential Bash 2008" at 9 p.m., which is basically the grand finale of the Thursday night political specials they have been airing all of October in preparation for the presidential elections.
Old fan favorites and newly created ones come together for this program.
Tuesday is completely owned by election night coverage. Make sure you take the time to vote so that this complete coverage won't be for nothing.
Wednesday at 8 p.m. on ABC is the "Dancing with the Stars" result so. As the contestants get closer to the finale, who will be the final two?
Will it be fan favorites Lance Bass and Cody Linley, or could soap diva Susan Lucci come from behind and take the competition much like her daytime Emmy win a few years back?
At 9 p.m. is NBC's "Life." This week Detectives Crews and Reese must investigate a murder that happens among a group of lottery winners who are having trouble dealing with their unbelievable new lifestyle.
Thursday at 8 p.m. is NBC's comedy duo of "My Name is Earl" and new hit "Kath and Kim." On "My Name is," Earl must deal with a new neighbor and how it pertains to his list.
While on "Kath and Kim," Kath is faced with the possible secrets her fiancé is hiding, while Kim tries her hand at speed dating.
At 9 p.m. on the CW is "Supernatural." This week's episode, "Wishful Thinking," has the boys dealing with a small town where a local wishing well starts to actually grant people's wishes, ranging from a child's wish that her favorite teddy bear were real, resulting in a seven-foot walking, talking teddy bear, to a lonely man's wish that the girl of his dreams would love him and only him, which results in a rather fatal attraction.
Sam and Dean are faced with an entire town where reality and dreams collide and the reality of the situation may be far grimmer than expected.
This week guest stars Ted Raimi, brother to director Sam Raimi, who is best known for his role as Joxer on "Xena Warrior Princess."
